Platform work in Finland—Report launch
Time: Thursday 4 April 2019 at 9.00-11.00
Place: Service Union United (Palvelualojen ammattiliitto) PAM, Siltasaarenkatu 18 A, 8th floor, Helsinki
How many people living in Finland have searched for jobs via online platforms? How many work regularly via online platforms? Is working via platforms simply a way to earn extra money, or is it the main source of income for some? These and other questions related to platform work are addressed in the report launch. The report is based on an international research project into platform work and platform workers in Europe.
